Acceptable use policy

Use Kratyx only with lawful authority, meaningful human supervision, and respect for people, systems, and data.

1. Authorised access only

Do not use Kratyx to access, probe, alter, disrupt, or control an account, device, network, service, or dataset without the authorisation required by law and by the owner.

2. No harmful or evasive use

Do not use Kratyx to distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass safeguards, conceal malicious activity, perform destructive actions without informed approval, or facilitate exploitation or abuse.

3. Protect people and sensitive data

Do not place secrets, regulated data, personal data, or confidential third-party material into a mission or provider unless you have a lawful basis, appropriate controls, and authority to process it.

4. Maintain supervision

Review plans and outputs, keep backups, limit privileges, start with low-risk scope, and use cancellation or emergency-stop controls when execution moves outside the intended boundary.

5. High-impact decisions

Do not rely on Kratyx as the sole decision-maker for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, law-enforcement, critical infrastructure, or other high-impact decisions.

6. Enforcement

Kratyx may restrict access to the website or account surface when necessary to protect users or systems. A production investigation, appeal, and contact process must be published before public software launch.
