Public pre-release policy
Website and account terms
These pre-release terms govern use of the public information website and sign-in surface. They do not grant a public software licence.
1. Scope
These terms cover access to Kratyx public information pages and the account sign-in surface. Separate accepted terms and a distribution licence will be required before software is offered publicly.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use identity providers you are authorised to use, and notify Kratyx through the published support channel if you believe an account is compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. You remain responsible for the systems, data, permissions, and consequences associated with actions you request or approve.
4. Preview and availability
Preview features may be incomplete, change, fail, or be withdrawn. The website, identity provider, and external model services may be unavailable. No production service-level commitment is offered.
5. AI-assisted output
Plans and outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable. Review them before approval and use independent checks for legal, financial, medical, security-critical, or destructive decisions.
6. Intellectual property
Kratyx and its website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Any future software licence will define permitted installation and use separately.
7. No payment terms yet
No public paid service is active. See the billing policy for the disclosures required before payment is accepted.
8. Liability and governing terms
Entity identification, governing law, mandatory consumer rights, warranty language, liability limits, dispute process, and a verified legal contact require owner and legal approval before public software launch. They are not fabricated in this pre-release document.
