Public pre-release policy
Billing policy
This policy records the current no-billing state and the disclosures Kratyx must publish before accepting payment.
1. When this policy applies
The current sections describing no billing apply to this website and release 0.1.0. Any future paid service will require revised, effective commercial terms presented before checkout.
2. Pricing publication
Before accepting payment, Kratyx will display the plan name, price, billing interval, currency, included usage, material limits, applicable taxes or tax handling, and whether a charge renews automatically.
3. Consent to recurring charges
A recurring subscription may begin only after the customer receives and accepts clear renewal terms at checkout. Account creation or identity-provider sign-in alone will never constitute consent to a paid subscription.
4. Trials and promotions
No paid-plan trial or promotion is currently offered. Future trial terms must state eligibility, duration, included usage, conversion date, post-trial price, and how to cancel before a charge.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and failed payments
No paid cancellation or refund window is active because no payment is accepted. Before launch, Kratyx will publish how cancellation affects access, whether unused time is refundable, how failed payments are retried, and any rights required by applicable law.
6. Price changes
Future price changes will be disclosed before they affect a renewal and will identify the new price and effective date. Where required, customers will be asked to consent again.
7. Billing support
A verified billing contact and dispute channel must be operational before checkout launches. The current support page records that gate.
8. Owner and legal review
Commercial prices, refund periods, tax treatment, payment processor disclosures, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights remain owner and legal-review gates. They are intentionally not invented in this pre-release policy.
