Public pre-release policy

Software licensing

The current internal product licence does not authorise public distribution. A public end-user licence remains a release gate.

Internal preview

Release 0.1.0 is internal and not production eligible. Possession of a development package does not create distribution or usage rights.

Public release requirements

Before any download is enabled, Kratyx must publish an approved end-user licence that identifies the licensor, permitted devices and users, restrictions, update terms, termination, third-party notices, warranties, liability, governing terms, and support scope.

Third-party components

A production release must include applicable open-source and third-party notices and must comply with each component's licence. Those notices will accompany the released package.

Brand and documentation

Kratyx names, marks, visual assets, and documentation may not be used to imply an official release, partnership, or endorsement without written permission.
