Google or Apple sign-in returns to the wrong place

• On the website, restart from /sign-in and allow the browser callback to complete.
• On Windows, confirm the installed app registered the kratyx:// protocol.
• Do not reuse a callback link or authorization code.

The download button is disabled

This is expected while the release remains an unsigned internal preview. Kratyx will enable a download only after signing, checksums, licensing, and public release approval are complete.

A model provider is unavailable

Confirm that the provider profile was accepted and that its credentials, network access, quota, and model availability are valid. Kratyx cannot guarantee an external provider's service.
